Logic Solutions is a web technology company focuses on supply chain management software and offshore software development. It also has two subsidiaries, Logic Sourcing, LLC and Logic Systems Engineering. It is headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan and has 3 offices in China with over 120 employees. Grace oversees Logic’s accounting/finance, legal, and human resources activities. She serves on the board for various entrepreneur organizations. Ling Wu is a Managing Director of the Amherst Partners, LLC, one of the largest independent investment banking and management consulting firms in the Midwest. Ms. Wu has extensive experience in both M&A and corporate finance transactions. Additionally, Ms. Wu is active in assisting with cross-border transactions. Ms. Wu has completed transactions in a broad spectrum of industries including automotive, manufacturing, distribution, retail, media/telecom, information technology, health care and entertainment.
